We visited Caroline Cellars on Mon., July 18 and were impressed with everything: the building, the wines (esp. the wide variety available for tasting at a very reasonable price!) but especially with Sasha, the charming and knowledgeable young woman on duty. She was a great spokesperson for Caroline Cellars and sold us a bottle of your superb 2008 Riesling Icewine. We shall certainly return to your winery on our next visit to Niagara-on-the-Lake in 2012.
