This is the first time we’ve produced a Late Harvest Vidal, and the result is a nice alternative to Icewine.  On the nose it is similar to it’s Icewine counterpart with lots of fruit cocktail notes including pear and mandarin oranges. On the palate this wine is lovely and refreshing light citrus notes including lots of pink grapefruit, balanced by slight honeydew notes.  Pair with fresh cheeses and fruits.

Rich ripe pear and golden delicious apple dominate the nose with a hint of clementine and orange blossom. Slight honey and clementine appear on the palate finishing with delightful Asian pear and tropical fruit notes. This wine is sweet yet refreshing with well balanced acidity. Great with citrus desserts, crepes, or with dark bitter chocolate.

Only 100 cases produced. There’s no mistaking this wine as anything other than Sauvignon Blanc!  Concentrated flavours and aromas of tangy passion fruit and zesty citrus, and balanced with the perfect amount of sweetness, this wine is very unique and out of the ordinary.

Only 140 cases produced. This wine is tropical and full on both the nose and palate, with notes of mango, cantaloupe and rich peaches with cream – very typically Chardonnay, yet amplified! Pair with sweet and simple cheesecake.

Berry jam and marmalade on the nose, with a bit of chocolate and vanilla as well.  Flavours of strawberry jam and candied orange peel dominate the palate, with slight spicy nutmeg and caramel to offer good balance.

NEW RELEASE! Only 61 cases produced .This wine has aromas of red apple, cinnamon and tangerine.  On the palate, this wine is sweet, with ripe apple and rich butterscotch notes but finishes with a prominent spiciness.
