100% Chardonnay, unoaked. As the name suggests, the grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks which brings out complex tropical aromas of pineapple, mango, cantaloupe and peaches with cream. The palate opens with notes of ripe summer peaches, lively citrus and a refreshing mineral finish. Pair with quiche or hearty pastas with creamy alfredo sauce.

Tropical notes of banana, coconut and lime dominate the nose of this wine, but there are also distinct roasted nutty notes – chestnut and cashew, balanced by baking spices – nutmeg and clove, especially. On the palate this wine is smooth, full and rich, with tropical banana and coconut, but also butterscotch – which at times is reminiscent of bananas foster!

Aromatic peach, honey and floral notes dominate the nose of this wine – it is ripe and lush on the palate with ripe peach and melon notes – it’s not until the finish that the signature Riesling acidity strikes and gives way to a crisp, clean finish.

Charming floral notes first appear on the nose – lots of rose petal, followed by some nice tropical notes including ripe pineapple and an interesting creamy coconut note, with signature Gewurz spice. Vibrant, balancing acidity appears on the palate – some citrus and spicy lemongrass, with a nice full mouthfeel – finishing with a bit more spice and lots of floral notes. Pair this wine with Thai curry, coconut shrimp or brie and camembert style cheeses.

Our most recent release from the highly anticipated 2010 vintage – a hot year with ideal conditions for grape growing and winemaking. A blend of our most aromatic white varietals, Gewurz dominates the nose: lending a sweet, floral and candied note to the fresh Riesling and Vidal characteristics – lemon candy, pear and peachy characteristics lead, giving way to a good amount of signature Gewurz spice. The highly aromatic characteristics of this wine are tamed on the palate by a solid backbone of acidity with lots of peachy floral notes.

This wine has a very aromatic and tropical nose, loaded with lime and sweet pina colada. On the palate this wine is rich and round, with lush apricot, ripe pineapple and sweet tangerine notes. A great value wine perfect for patio entertaining!

This is our very first single variety Pinot Noir! A complex and evolving nose has dominant wild berry, but also earthy mushroom and herbaceous notes – aka “forest floor”. On the palate, this wine is soft yet structured with wild berry and clove, but also mushroom and some floral notes. Pair with mushroom-based dishes, or earthy game meats like ostrich or rabbit.

Our revolutionary blend of predominantly French Hybrid grapes: Foch, Baco, Vidal and Zweigelt, this red is surprisingly refreshing and fruity. Currant and plum appear on the nose, with a bit of clove for balance. On the palate this wine is easy-drinking and has red plum, crisp nectarine and a bit of peppery spice on the finish.

This medium bodied red is made from 100% Zweigelt – it has a warm nose of ripe berry with smoky undertones. On the palate, sour cherry and raspberry dominate, with a pleasant toasty undertone. A respectable amount of tannin structure gives this wine a nice dry finish – loaded with smokiness and campfire notes, with slight liquorice notes appearing on the lingering finish.

Soft and medium bodies, this wine has some spice and clove on the nose but as the bouquet opens up, sweet jammy notes appear. Lightly spicy on the palate, with some sweet cherry tomato and finishing with strong currant and black cherry.

A medium bodied dry red wine with loads of fruit on the nose and palate, including blackberry, plum and black currant notes. On the nose, hints of cedar, leather and dark chocolate also shine through. This wine has firm tannins and is very food-friendly, which makes it a fantastic every day wine.

Black cherry and plum notes dominate the nose of this wine, with nuances of earthy spice. The palate mirrors the nose almost exactly with soft acidity, black cherry and plum. Spicy notes on the nose give way to subtle fruit notes of red plum, slight cherry and currant notes. A defined spiciness of white pepper leads the palate and finish, but soft plummy notes add to the structure and suppleness of the wine. This wine is medium-bodied and easy to drink – a great wine for sipping in front of the fireplace!

From a stellar vintage, we have returned to Rick’s favourite Meritage blend – 50% Merlot, 24% Cab Franc, 26% Cab Sauv. Black pepper, cocoa and black plum dominate the nose, tannin and acidity give the palate great structure and a spicy finish, while the mid-palate shows a fair amount of black currant and plum. Whether drinking now or holding, this will easily be a favourite, go-to bottle.

Our fun blend of Pinot Noir and Cherry wine shows characteristics of Pinot Noir and has the soft finish of fresh cherries, this wine is very fruit forward, and slightly sweet. The Pinot Cherry makes a great aperitif, but pairs well with dark chocolate, or with popcorn and a movie! This wine is great served slightly chilled or in a hot tub!
