WEDDINGS

Caroline Cellars has a beautiful Special Events Loft available for weddings and corporate functions. Our venue is a rustic loft overlooking our beautiful vineyards. Pine planked walls and rustic maple flooring provide a warm and cozy feel,  while large windows and gas fireplace add a touch of sophistication. With seating for up to 180 guests, we can accommodate events of all sizes.

EVENTS

We have two event spaces on-site for hosting private functions – celebrations and special occasions as well as corporate events. Our Farmhouse Cafe space is available for private evening events of 60 or fewer guests. Our Special Events Loft is available for both day and evening events and can accommodate up to 180 seated guests. Please email Justine to inquire about availability and other event specifics.

CELEBRATION OF LIFE

Have you recently lost a loved one and are looking to host a Celebration of Life to honour them? Caroline Cellars is now offering Celebration of Life Packages in our Special Events Loft. With it’s natural setting and standing room for up to 250 guests ( can seat up to 180 people for lunch), it is the perfect space remember your loved ones.

We offer packages with sandwiches, dessert, coffee/tea and more. For more information, please contact Jaclyn.

OUR CULINARY TEAM

Our culinary team is dedicated to deliciousness – creating quality dishes from the freshest ingredients for both lunch service in The Farmhouse Cafe as well as weddings and other special events.

Our team has experience in both a la carte and banquet service.  Our amazing culinary staff would love to share their vision of wine country cuisine with you – whether you’re visiting us for lunch or booking your private event with us.

 

First class service for our corporate event

We can't say enough about how superb Justine, Jaclyn, Kirsten and Maria took care of our group during a team building event we held in their meeting rooms yesterday. We did a cake building session with 80 people and everything went perfectly. The morning coffee and pastries were amazing. The lunch sandwich and salad table was over the top with freshness, quality and taste! Thank you Chef and team! The wine-tasting went well and they purchased a lot of wine. We will certainly do more events at Caroline. The venue is quite excellent for large groups. Thank you all!
