The palate reflects the nose, offering notes of cherry and blackberry, followed by a subtle, spicy, woodsy finish. Medium-bodied with soft tannins, this wine is balanced, smooth, and highly approachable. Delicious with a traditional Prime Rib, but also great for sipping with an array of cheeses and charcuterie.
