Our Skin Fermented Vidal, AKA “Orange Wine” – which is a white wine fermented with skin contact. This is our second vintage like this and just as tasty as the last! The nose of this wine is full of honeydew melon and red grapefruit notes. The palate has refreshing acidity and a full mouth feel from the extended skin contact, with flavours of orange and passion fruit, finishing with a palate cleansing ruby red grapefruit notes. Orange is the colour of the MS support ribbon, and $2.50 from every bottle sold will be donated to the MS Society of Canada, supporting research for a cure for multiple sclerosis. This wine has a very personal component for us and our family – we chose to support MS because of Justine’s recent diagnosis and ongoing journey living with MS.
