Caroline Cellars Winery

Welcome

The 2011 Harvest is now complete, with the exception of Icewine harvest.  If you visit us within the next couple of months you’ll notice the Riesling vines around the winery are netted and awaiting the cold temperatures needed to harvest this luxurious dessert wine: -8 degrees C or colder!  When we begin this harvest, we will post it to our Facebook and Twitter (@CarolineCellars) pages.  If you want to see exactly what makes Icewine special, you can come see the harvest and processing in progress!

We are in the final stages of our website development!  The site is now easy to navigate and includes so much more information about our winery, our products and our events than our old page could possibly have had!  We are anticipating the site to be completely up and running – with all content – by the end of May!  In the meantime, please browse around – we’ve added a Guestbook under “Contact” where you can leave us a message (it won’t post right away – we have to approve it – so don’t worry if you don’t see it there immediately), and we’ve also updated our EVENTS, including information about Lobsterfest 2011.  There are also some new interactive elements – you can Tweet about our events directly from the corresponding event page!
Thank you for your patience while our web presence is being rejuvenated!
