Vidal Icewine with Cream Cheese Salmon and Dill Cones

Cabernet Franc Icewine with Chocolate Berry French Macarons 

 January 30th and 31st

Gewurztraminer Icewine with Mango Sushi with Black Sesame Seeds

Chardonnay Icewine with Cheese and Wine Jelly Dessert Pastry
